Only by asking an administrator (I believe that's who it is). But, not usually done. If you just want to not use that account, then you can go into your information, change your email address. And then set up a new account with the name you want to use (can't have two accounts under one email).

You cannot change your screen name. What we recommend is to create a fake email and assign it to your current screen name, then use your normal email for a screen name that you want to use.

Admins rarely change screen names. There would have to be extenuating circumstances for that.
