From ScreamScape:

"Halloween Horror Nights 2001 - Rumors - (5/4/2001) The latest batch of HHN rumors and plans still in development include a possible Rocky Horror type show in place of Bettlejuice, an unknown show concept in the Horror Make-up show theater, and apparently they are even looking into the feasibility of extending the event past the soundstages and into a couple of lands at IOA (Seuss, Lost Continent and JP). The problem here is not wanting to make the Seuss area too weird, but the access point between the parks may be the gate behind 1 Fish,2 Fish if they do it. Of course, doesn’t anyone remember the second Grinch TV special: “How The Grinch Stole Halloween” or was my imagination? In any case, adding JP and LC to the Halloween event would be fantastic and help give some relief to all of those super long lines on the crowded nights. Plus who wouldn’t want to walk through a “haunted” version of Dueling Dragons or the jungles of Jurassic Park? A haunted Camp Jurassic area would be excellent! Back to the main park... some kind of Game Show may be in the works for the Animal Planet stadium, Jaws & Kong will be alive and well for the event similar to how they were done in 2000. MIB will not be haunted however it seems, but they may be looking to add a new horror simulator film to the Funtastic World of HB. This is all very early design rumors, so anything can and probably will change between now and October. Stay tuned!"

Any comments?? I do NOT see any of this happening, but some of it sounds pretty cool. Opening 3 islands in IOA sounds like a good idea to at least help disperse crowds....
