Screamin' Question

I read that CA screamin' will be opening at 1:00pm due to construction while I'm visiting the park. Will they start giving away fastpasses in the morning that have return times after 1:00? Or will we not be able to get fastpasses until after the ride opens? I have limited time in the park and I am really excited about this ride so I'd like to know the best strategy to get on (hopefully multiple times!) as early as possible with as little a wait as possible.

Search, I'm sure there are plenty of threads on this, but to save time:
1) Screamin' fp distribution starts at 1pm or whenver they decide to open Screamin' for the day

2) If you want to ride it a lot, walk up the attendant at the front and ask for the Single Rider Line, he'll give you a pass and you'll go in through the handicapped entrance. ( you won't have seat choice)

Unfortunately they won't have fastpasses available until after one in the unlikely case that the ride won't be functional the entire day. You'll have to wait until after 1 to get the fastpass, but if you're there right when the ride starts up you won't need fast pass

The automated search tools on the DIS board have not worked very well for a long time. I rarely search anymore because it is so frustrating. I suspect they are working to improve this.

I was not trying tell you should not have asked. I was just pointing you to some additional info just posted that might help.
