I have an amelia's I go to. Great prices on cereal,pop tarts,cereal bars! But most of the time I can find most of the other stuff canned ect cheaper at walmart. They usually have ice cream cheap too

Use to have a couple here and my dad would shop at them all the time. Now all the scratch and dents live on at Big Lots.

There's one in Exton called Schwan's. It's been there for years. It's on Rt. 100 near the Marchwood development. I went there sometimes when I lived in Wayne.

There was one in S. Jersey called Big Bill's Cash and Carry but it has closed up.

I see scratch and dent stuff at Big Lots/Christmas Tree Shop.

There was a special on Nightline about this within the last year. I watched it and was amazed at the waste on the part of manufacturers. Perhaps with a little googling someone could find the show.
