Ding Ding! Round 8 of SWSI is now open :flower:

Starting April 26 through May 31, post your pictures of layouts you create using at least TWO swapped items. These are NEW layouts, not ones you have already done. Any swapped item can be used. You do not need to remember which swap or who they came from. Your pages must be 6x6 or bigger. But any size variation is welcome. They can be single pages or double layouts, but each page must have two swapped items. Your name will placed in the jar for every page you create up to 15 pages. This is not a who did the most or best. It is for everyone who tries.

If you are unable to post pictures, or don't know how, you can email them to me and I will post them for you. Just pm me for my email address!

The winning name pulled will receive a prize - a mini album in a tin (not sure if it has a technical name)

topped up with UK confectionery of your choice - smarties, Rolo, Kitkat etc.

The winner will also host the next round of this challenge. So only enter if you are okay with hostessing.

This is open to old swappers, new swappers, anyone who has swapped here is to join this challenge.

Do as many pages as you want, but only 15 will qualify for a name in the jar. My pages won't count.

Names in the jar:

DisneyIsTerrific 6
NemoMom07 2
Tinkerbean 4
TPCShauna 1

I've never had cherry bakewells, so I could go for that. :thumbsup2

Can't wait to see the next stuff!

Maltesers or flakes I could do! Cherry Bakewells are individual bakewell tarts, topped with white icing (frosting) with half a cherry on top. I have a recipe I need to try (knowing it will wreck my diet:rolleyes1 ) before I can pass the rcipe on to "someone" who has withdrawl symptoms because their local shop stopped stocking Mr Kipling's version ;)

The thing I'm planning is quite small so the winner could pick their own selection of UK candy to add to it. Just remember flakes might arrive a bit crumbly:rotfl: I can't eat one without getting chocolate everywhere  Mars bars are easier - according to Marianne Faithful:lmao:

I'll start us off with 2 pages I did yesterday. I have lots and lots of older pictures to scrap. I've already scrapped all the pictures of DS with Woody at WDW. He's 15 and right now the only way I can get him to let me take his picture with a character is when we go to a character meal. So, I had to go to non-Disney pictures, but I think these work great with his cowboy hat, boots, and Buzz t-shirt. Maybe WDW will come up with a Toy Story character meal one of these days!

Okay, these pages use the Woody page kit made by 123SA in the Character Swap.

Page 1 uses the topper, tag, and the top portion of the journal box. I didn't need a journal box, so I cut off the bottom section and used it for an embellishment and the rest of the box as a photo mat.

I love these swap items!!!!

I WANNA PLAY! Ok - you've inspired me. I am going up to my scraproom after lunch and see what I can crank out...

These were my very first elements in my very first swap. Everyday life...this is a double 12x12 layout - wet Flint and Flint as a puppy:goodvibes

That is the same dog?

Wow, their coloring sure does change.

Great layout!

Yep - same dog - Yorkshire Terrier. The many sides of Flint...He looks like a rat when he is wet:rotfl:

I love the pages so far. I hope to be able to participate this time around.

Lovely pages! My DS(14) is too cool for photos at all, pretty much, but at DLRP he was absolutely back into characters - my bit of pixiedust :goodvibes: I'll get you updated.

Jenny - absolutely no pressure, but where's those pics of Noah? :rolleyes1

DisneyIsTerrific ---

Thanks for using my pieces! Your page looks great. I like that you were able to take the pieces apart and make them work for you.

TinkerBean -- dogs are so not my thing, but I love your layout. I like circles. I am taking a class at the CKU convention in Valley Forge in the hopes that I can figure out how to incorporate them into my pages.
