Last week while at WDW Cinderella & Prince charming sent us an autographed photo & several balloons to celebrate our anniversary. I saved the balloons that have Happy Anniversary written on them. They still have some air in them although they are weak. I was wondering if anyone every cut up a balloon (like the words Happy Anniversary) to include in a scrapbook. Just a thought ...

Hmm...not the latex but I have used a mylar balloon in a scrapbook (mine tend to be not just photos but the memorabilia as well). I kept it on a separate page - no photos - and use page protectors. However, I have also used a separate page protector (sometimes smaller than the rest of the book) to hold items I want to use that I know are not acid free. For instance, the map DS used when they went on a high adventure Scout trip. I simply inserted an 8 1/2 x 11 sleeve between two of my regular pages and inserted the map.

How about putting the whole balloon in a keepsake holder on the page? Maybe position it where you can read Happy Anniversary.
