scrappers -- what is this called? I wantto buy one

I saw a picture once in a scrap magazine.

It's silver. It sits on your desk and it had clips all around the top. You can clip packs of sticker in the clips and spins it to look at everything.

Do you have one? Do you know what it's called? where did you buy it?
