Can you tell me where I can get flowers like the ones you used in the Castaway Cay title for the cruise swap way back last year ?

You bet....

Those are simply cut outs from a larger sheet of 12x12 paper....Let me go see if I have another one...so I can tell ya "who" makes it...Okay I found a sheet of it...it's from Creative Imaginations and is called "Plumeria"

They turned out fairly nice.....I wasn't to sure how they were going to look...but I actualy like it.

I'm thinking about trying some real fake flowers....I actually went down to the craft store yesterday and purchased a couple diffrent ones to "try out". I know they won't be acid free and all...but I figure if I like how they look...I can do something to fix that.

Uh..Uh, you cut them yourself ? They are gorgeous. Ok, I need more instructions. Man, I was hoping I could just go pick them out somewhere. Plumeria paper ( just like the lowers in Hawaii ). Perfect, now to find that, and actually get them to look like something ! Girl your killing me here. Can't wait for more details.

I don't have a lot of details. ..I just cut them out. I used EVERY flower on the paper...even the ones that were only half there...I simply slipped the missing edge of the flower under something so you can't tell. I've used them cut out in other layouts also...and they turned out pertty good. I think it was one of my CC layouts that just needed a little something added. You can check the link below to see my disney cruise layouts...but I'm not sure if I've uploaded that one. (I'll have to check myself)

Anyways let me know what kind of details your wanting to know ...because besides cutting them out and sticking them on...I'm not sure what else to say. OH...I do think I only put adhesive in the center of the flowers so I could curl the petals up/out to give it more demention.

I just looked...and it looks like I haven't uploaded them to the two peas site....But I have scanned them to my computer.....so I won't take to long to get it done. I'll take some time now and upload some.

Okay...I finished uploading. It took me longer that I thought. Actually I finally gave up earler in the day....because it was going so slow...they must have had a lot of people trying to upload. Anyways I finished.

I'm not to happy with alot of the layouts....but I was having a scrappers block period...and still wanted to get the album done. Anyone else ever go through that? Or how about having a ton of pics (like from the vacation)...and looking so forward to scrapping a particular part of it...but by the time you get to it...you just want to get done. That's kinda what happened by the time I got to the CC part of my album...I just wanted to hurry up and finish. I'm still not actually done....I need to do alot of journaling....and I'm sure I'll add more to some of the bare pages.

Jill thanks. I had a duh moment when I actually pulled them out of storage ( should have done that first ). I got it now. And I saw the actual paper in a catalog I got in the mail today. I will check my LSS first, but if not I will order them. Thanks so much. Going to see the layouts now.
