My DD is going to scrapebook her photos this year and we are wondering if anyone knows of some unique or different places to take pictures. Thanks.:wave2:

I've been known to take pictures of "words" - ride titles, signs, etc. They can be used in several different and unique ways. There's just DH and I, so I don't often get pictures with people, other than folks I don't know LOL ! I started last year collecting pressed pennies from each of the countries at Epcot and then some photos of the area. Got five or six, so this year I think I do the rest. Sometimes it is fun to pick a theme, like the pennies and the countries. Encourage her to let her imagination run with it.
I'm sure others will have more good suggestions.

If you plan it right, you can stand below Epcot and look like you are holding it up, also at MGM you can stand and it looks like the sorroccers hat is on your head. There are too many beautiful places to list. I did a meet the characters page for my boys, which turned out great.

One year I took a picture of my DD in each country of WS wearing a hat representative of that country. This past trip I took one of her holding a little flag from each country. I've heard of others doing the hat thing for each section of MK as well.

I'm sure you already do the pictures where Disney suggests "Photo spots" - but just in case I'll give you a reminder. You know the ones - like in front of Cinderella's Castle there will be a Kodak sign telling you it is a good photo spot.

You might get more answers to this on the "Theme Parks" board or Community board.

But as for DVC photo ops, we always get a picture of the family standing by the Mickey topiary in front of VWL. The topiary with him holding the DVC sign.

Benches around WDW are made to represent the area they are in and make wonderful scrapbook photos. I took photos of my granddaughter on about 30 benches one year. I told the whole story of World Showcase with photos of her on the benches.

Lampposts also work well.

Both are best if people are on/near them.

If you photo with the topiaries, make sure you use the Fill Flash. They often come out dark.

Another idea is for your daughter to bring her favorite stuffed animal and take photos of it around the World.

Most of all have fun with it.
