I am looking for something in particular and I'm thinking that if it even exists, you guys might have come across it in your scrapbooking travels :)

I am looking for some clipart preferably, but if it's in a more physical form that's ok too. Basically I am looking for a 'picture frame' - not a real one, but something you might have in a scrapbook to mount a picture. Specifically I am looking for a Lilo & Stitch themed one, but I'd be happy with a relatively plain one that could fit the theme and which I could then add my own L&S 'embelishments' to.

Any ideas? I'm clueless (as per usual!) :)

Penny,

Not sure about clip art, as I do very little "virtual" scrapping. But there are literally thousands of frames out there. A local scrapbook store should have plain colored ones, along with stickers and diecuts that could be used to give it a tropical theme. Beyond that there are quite a few scrapbooking sites that carry a good deal of Disney "stuff". There is a pretty good set of links at the top of this board. I use creativecropping.com a lot - but haven't bought too much Disney through them, although they do have the full Sandy Lion line, and that is one of the premiere Disney lines.

Good luck - I'm sure others will have more ideas.

Thanks Deb - online would be good. I live in the UK and scrapbooking isn't quite as big over here as it is in the States (yet) so the words 'local scrapbooking store' aren't something really in our vocabularly ;)

Penny, do you have a particular size frame you need? Particular colors? I have some "extra" scrapbooking frames & could check my stuff. I don't mind mailing to the UK.

what I usually do instead of a frame is mount the photo on cardstock, but if you really wanted a frame you could cut out the center of the cardstock/paper that you wanted to use and that way it could be done to match whatever theme you wanted to do. maggie

Penny,

Just an idea....how savvy are you with Photoshop? I am sure you could do something with Photoshop that would work for you.

If you are saying to yourself right now...What is Photoshop?
then let me know and I will give 'er a go for you and see what I can do.

Penny,

I did something really quick in Photoshop...is this something like what you are looking for?

cool websites cyndi, thanks! maggie

Thanks Maggie, I wish I was better on a computer because some of the layouts on those sites are fantastic and would really help my budget. But then I think I might miss having the actual "stuff" in my hand.

Oh you guys are just so great over here - thank you!! :)

Judith, thanks for the offer, that's so unbelievably kind of you - I think I'll be ok with the online ones though :)

Timon, I am familiar with Photoshop, it's creative juices that I lack, LOL. That frame though is very cute and along the lines I was thinking but with a bit more traditional 'thick' photo frame look if you know what I mean rather than a border type frame but that's a great place for me to start from!

Thanks everyone else for all the links - I did see a Microsoft one that had a sort of 'tropically sea' feel which I thought I might be able to tinker with too.

Something to keep me quiet at the weekend I think ;)
