Does WDW stores have scrapbooking materials that are not found in other craft stores like Michaels, Joann Fabrics ect.??
We are going in Sept. and I am debating whether I should start buying stuff for my scrapbook now... or will there be a better selection at WDW stores ??? THANKS!

Yes, they do have different things.....My favorites are.....Punch Cut of Cinderella's Castle and Mickey Sissors!!! LOVE THEM!!!!

Yes, they do have scrapping stuff and I always come away having spent lots of $$, BUT I think you'll find more of a selection at your LSS. Since ACCI just ended, lots of new stuff is being released.

As you can see the answer is yes but I'll add that I wish I had bought some things while I was there in June. My LSS has just a few die cuts from WDW and only 2 or 3 sheets of paper. Of course JoAnne's has more of a selection but I haven't able to find any die cuts except for Disney World. I'd like to have one for MGM, Epct, and AK. Also looking for Sea World and Universal stuff. Where in the world can I find Shrek stickers?! Going to Wal-Mart today and hoping I can find some in stationary as long as they're acid free. Wish I had more Mickey stuff now too.

I would go ahead and start looking at stuff at you LSS now. That way you will know what they have. But, I really like the stuff that they have at WDW. Especially the park logo stickers and things like that. Buy things at your LSS if they are something you really like or they are a good deal. There is a lot of stuff that you won't find at you LSS. I bought the 2004 album for DD's first trip and I love it! I found them to be reasonably priced. My album was only $28 and I'm used to CM prices!

I don't buy CM books b/c of the price but have found albums at Michael's and JoAnne's that I like. I wait until they're on sale or have a 40% or 50% coupon and then buy a couple.

I agree w/sconnell....check your LSS, get what you can from them and then buy extras at Disney. I didn't do that thinking I'd find the same thing at home and regret it now. There was a huge scrapbook convention July 8th and 9th in Nashville that I planned to go to but ended up missing it due to other obligations I couldn't get out of. AND when I got home I found out one of the bigger LSSs had closed! :( Don't wait, go ahead and get what you can!
