scrapbook pages on ebay???

I am wondering if I wanted to sell Disney scrapbook pages on ebay...is it okay to use Disney stickers, etc. Some have the copyright symbol and some of them don't. What if I copied a layout for someone else to put their pictures on? Is that okay?
I am looking for a way to retire and have a FUN job!!!
