Hi all! I am stumped and can't make a decision. My extended family went on the Dream cruise. I wanted to make a Disney theme album for each family. The cardstock and papers I have that are Disney theme are red, black, white, and yellow. Sounds easy right? Well I wanted to make a beach theme for our Castaway Cay stop and a carribean theme for the Nassau stop.

Do you think it will look funny if all the other pages are Disney theme? Would you just do all of them in the black, white, red and yellow theme?

I just wanted to get some ideas and opnions from all the experts on this site.

Thanks
Tanya

If it were me, I would use black cardstock for the base, and more or less of the other colors on the pages - for example the Nassau page could lean more heavily on the yellow and white with appropriate embellishments, and the CC page could lean more heavily on the Blue and white, but again, still on the black base. (then again, you're seeing my bias - I can do anything on a black background, even weddings - and virtually nothing on white - it just leaves me clueless.)

You can always use red, black or yellow as your base. If you use yellow you can put some blue and red for CC or the Bahamas. If your doing it by days I don't think if you stick some beach pages it would look too funny.

We can sketch out ideas on our March Cruise too for Key West!!;)

For Nassau and CC I would stick with black, white and yellow. You'll probably have a lot of blues and greens in your photos and the yellow and white will make those colors stand out. Pull in some of the other colors with your embellishments.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll go with your suggestions. I'm so new at this. When I get them finished ill post some pictures.

I just noticed we are cruising together in March. On the Dream they had a family scrapbook session that was fun. They had all kinds of Navigators to cut up and use.

I did the little scrapbook session on the Dream too I actually left a page with the girls there.
