I have booked a wheelchair from ScooterBug for our upcoming trip.

Their reviews for ecv’s are poor does anyone know what their wheelchairs are like?

It was the convenience of getting it dropped off and picked up without has having to be there that we chose them.

It was the convenience of getting it dropped off and picked up without has having to be there that we chose them.

We have been using Scooterbug for the pass 4 years, We have not had any issues with them except the first time we used them. The problem was my battery wasn't keeping a charge for much longer then 4 hours, they came out the same day and exchanged it. We will be using them again this year. The convince is great, because they are at the hotel when we arrive and we leave early morning so all we do is drop them off in front concierge when we leave. Just so you know my husband and I both use ECV.
