Scooter Rental in Key West

Has anyone rented scooters in Key West before? If so, any recommendations? We walked last time, but thought we could see more if we opted for some wheels this time!

I have and it is a great way to see the sights - though it was many years ago.

We spent a day in Key West and rented one of the electric cars! We were able to ride together and had a blast!!!

It's been 10 years, but we did the electric car thing like Jackie. Was pretty easy to rent and a great way to get around the area.

We always walk around, but we've seen plenty of rented bicycles, scooters, and electric vehicles everywhere. It is so easy to navigate, the streets are nice, it looks really easy to do. We probably will rent bicycles next time.

Pirate Scooters is my favorite. http://piratescooterrentals.com/ and the Green Parrot is just across the street, so once you drop your scooter back off you can go have a Root Beer Shooter.

One quick note: You can't ride a scooter through the cemetery, but you *can* ride a bicycle through it. That in itself recommends a bicycle to me. The cemetery is one of my favorite places on The Rock.
