Scooter Bus Tips?

My pictures had been in a transportation post in the disABILITIES FAQs
Unfortunately, I had downloaded them from my phone to the Disboards photo album, which doesn’t exist in the same way any more.
I’ll see if I can find them somewhere else, but for now, these are the only pictures on my phone of the Disney Magical Express lift. The ‘extra’ buses are similar and the pictures shows how you need to be backed up on the lift and how high you are. View attachment 585965View attachment 585966
Yeah, DH ended up having the ME driver get his ECV off when we got to MCO because of the height, I can't imagine what he would have done if we had to do that multiple times on the trip.

I’ve never had a Disney bus driver who wasn’t absolutely awesome at guiding us on and off the bus. Seconding the advice to let them know you don’t have a lot of bus experience.

And if it helps at all, remember that while people with ECVs may get on the bus first, they get off last. So it evens out; you’re not getting into the park any sooner than anybody else on the same bus. And you paid the same for your ticket as everybody else, plus all the little extra expenses that add up for guests with special needs. Any minor inconvenience somebody with two good legs may experience because of guests who need an ECV, you experience at least that many because of guests who don’t.
