Scissor Sharpener?

I do crafts that require A LOT of cutting of cardstock-type paper that's laminated so having sharp scissors really makes a difference! Does anyone have a scissor sharpener that they really like that works well? I see a bunch on amazon, but it's hard sifting through all the reviews.

Any advice?!

I will check the one I have but it does amazing. I think it is a fiskars.. I know when I was making knot blankets for gifts it cut through the fleece with ease so I'm sure it will cut through the laminated card stock in a breeze...
