Scif-Fi v. 50s prime Time

Which of these restaurants do you like better?

I picked Sci-fi because we go in the heat of the summer and 50's is just too heavy for us at that time(if that makes sense)And we welcome the nice dark cool movie theater.(but so does everyone else...there is always a huge wait even with ADR

I love 50's PTC. Much better food than Sci-Fi and a more entertaining atmosphere.

50's Prime Time by a mile. Very entertaining. As a person who grew up in the 60's and 70's, I appreciate all the attention to detail. It sort of puts me in mind of the good ol' diners and restaurants that are long gone. And nothing is funnier than when the server yells at my DH and makes him eat the crusts from his sandwich.

Well, its kinda fun to see what other people think. I was kind of surprised that Haunted Mansion beat, and badly, Pirates. I have a few more ideas for the next few days/weeks.

50's prime time...everytime i walk in i feel like stepping into grandma's house in the mid 70's. i mean that my grandma had the clock that is on the wall, the ceramic horse thing the telephone, a bunch of those corny knick-knacks
and we always have a great time with who ever our cousin is that serves us.

Prime Time for me, too. I know it's probably nuts, but the Sci Fi is too dark for me to eat a burger. I like my meat well done and I like to see that it's not still moo-ing.

My first visit to Prime Time was last week with a party of 11. Between all of us, we ordered everything off the menu, and the prices and meals were splendid. I got a pasta primavera with shrimp, scallops and fresh veggies (don't care for heavy food when it's hot, either), and DH got the pork tenderloin. I wouldn't hesitate to order both of these myself again.

A nice, fun atmosphere is good, but I need good, quality food on vacation. Prime Time is really quality, tasty, nutritious food. There's plenty of nice/fun atmosphere at the parks themselves. I can grill a kicka$$ burger at home, sit in my car and eat it

This was a hard one for me; I went to both restaurants for lunch on our last trip, and enjoyed the fried chicken at PTC and the burger at Sci Fi.Both were good. Both were fun. Service was efficient at both.....I liked my dessert better at PTC; but my kids loved the atmosphere at SciFi! If we were to go back, and I could only choose one of the two restaurants, I would probably choose Sci Fi, cause as any parent knows, if your children are entertained and happy during dinner, it makes for a pleasant experience for everyone!

I'd go with Sci-Fi. The gimmick of the 50's PT worn thin with me after a couple of visits. Sci-Fi works for us for lunch when were at the studios.

Sci Fi is one of my favorite restaurants. Love sitting in that drive-in setting! I voted for Sci Fi.

Prime Time is better for the food, but the schtick gets old for me and I have to be in the mood for it.
