Sciatic nerve relief ideas??????????

Saw MD today like a good boy. He said it is a nerve impingement but not sciatic nerve, (not sure if that is good news or not????) anyways have to have an MRI done and PT to help withe pain until it improves

Once you get the MRI done the doctor will be able to tell a lot more of what's going on. Good luck with your treatment--you definitely did the right thing by seeing a doctor :D

Uh, yeah. Sciatic nerve problems seem to be much harder to resolve. You may consider seeing a chiropractor in addition to/in replacement of PT. Chiros have been very good at correcting lower back pain for me, but have had no luck with neck pain.
 
and lay there flat......for some reason that helps ......then heating pad....and good old advil.......hope you feel better
