Sci-fi-Whats good?

DH is so excited for a milkshake :lmao: I don't eat red meat or pork but I'm sure I'll find a chicken item to eat :)

Can i still get a car if I need a highchair?

You will need to get a "table" car...The highchair will not fit in the car and would be in the way if it was on the end...Not to mention that there would be no surface space for eating if you squeezed the baby on the end...At least that is what I know it to be...

We had a baby when we went and they said we needed a table instead of a car...It was fine...The kids still got to watch the movies and DH and I actually got to face each other, which was nice...There is actually more space at the table for food and sharing...The only issue we had was that you do not face the movie directly...You either have to turn your head to the side or turn your chair slightly.

The onion rings are good, the milkshakes are awesome! I had the steak salad back in November and it was really good.

DH & I are going in September - knowing him he'll be having a burger, onion rings and a shake!:rotfl:

We were there 10 days ago for dinner, and the ruben is not on the menu anymore, I had the steak salad with blue cheese dressing and it was really good, and a big portion, DH really enjoyed the chicken sandwich.
As always a fun place to go.

Here are some pictures:

Here are the onion rings (ignore the naked ring in front, my youngest just likes the breading)-

Maybe I should skip it. I think the kids would be really disappointed if we didn't get one of the regular cars. i can certainly understand why they would seat us someplace else. But then again I think it was a split reservation so maybe my dh could sit with my older boys and I stay with the baby. :confused3 hmmm, I'll have to think about this since most of the posts agree it is all about the atmosphere and very little about the food. Thanks all.

I just looked at the pics of the inside of sci-fi. I think I will show the kids and let them know what to expect and they can decide if we go or not.:thumbsup2

Hi
Thanks for the info!:thumbsup2 I am trying to decide for sure on this, and I would rather do Lunch but it wont fit our plans so it has to be dinner. :confused3 How close is this menu to what you saw there?

There are "table cars" that have the car around them but a table in the middle. Its hard to explain. But you don't have to necessarily sit at one of the picnic tables.

Honestly, the table looks like a car...It has a front end and back end of a car...yes, you are sitting on chairs instead of in a car but you get the feeling of the car with the front and back...And remember they are still getting the atmosphere and the moives...I would not split up the family...I feel like you would be upset by that decision.

I went there last Wednesday. I got a burger but only ate half...I really didn;t care for it.

The milkshake was awesome, one of the best I have ever had. My kids didn't eat much of their food. The same Mac and Cheese everywhere else in WDW which gets old quick.

I go there for atmostphere but I am really not into the food there.
