Sci-fi dine-in meal ?

Hi everyone !

Is it possible just to order a milkshake and a bowl of fries at the sci-fi dine in? Hubby and I would really like to eat here but unfortunately we have fussy eaters.

The food at Sc Fi is very plain and ordinary it's mainly burgers. More like a fast food place than a table service in terms of the menu really. They do a steak as well as I recall and maybe a salmon dish and a pasta dish. That was last year. It's not fancy or unusual food though.

I'm sure you can order whatever you want, not everyone wants a full meal in the FL heat. We went last August and loved the atmosphere.

I agree with the above. I would think you could order what you want, BUT you will need a reservation just to get in.

You will need a reservation and yes you can order just those. If you have the Disney app for your phone you can look up menus for each resteraunt. If you don't have the app. Allears.net has the menus too.

We are visiting just for shakes on our upcoming trip. Kids love the atmosphere but DH and I are not that fond of food or slow service. Shakes sound perfect!

My kiddos are picky, too, and we did that a few years back. No problem ordering whatever you want. Well worth the effort of getting the ADR for the atmosphere alone!

We absolutely love Sci-Fi for the experience, and go every time we're at WDW. However, none of us like the food so we usually just get fries/rings and shakes.

We have never been, but this is our plan for our trip. We have a reservation for 8:30pm so not taking a table during dinner rush.

Don't feel pressured as to when you go or what you eat...

They have basically doubled their menu prices in 12 years...they want firm reservations and those kind of costs?...then eat what you want...as much or as little.

Just tip your waiter...if you have a good one...those people constantly are subject to new "squeezing" by management over the years to limit pay.
