Sci Fi Dine In - how long does it take?

My FP booking windows is tomorrow so trying to get a gauge of my time for our late-arrival DHS day. I will be looking to book our 3 FP+ for 3 pm and beyond.

Our ADR for Sci Fi is 4:45 pm. We will likely arrive at the podium for 4:30.
How long would you recommend we allocate for dinner, or what is earliest timeslot I should book a FP+ for after dinner to allow time for us to actually order and eat?

I would allow 60-90 minutes, as with most TS. Sci Fi isn't notorious for late seating like some other HS restaurants (cough cough Mama Melrose) but you can't assume seating at your ADR time as a matter of course.

We were in there just shy of an hour on our last visit.

An hour is good for SciFi.

The last time we were there it took about 15 minutes to be seated and about 40 minutes for dining.

The movie loop is 45-50min.
It really depends on what you order. Particularly if they are busy they are fairly quick to keep up the turn over.
We were really relaxed and not in a hurry and only went maybe 10 min over the movie loop. Partly taking night photos of the car.
