George ... two of my classes last the entire year. The rest are for only a semester (2 marking periods... if you know what those are) so they can all be squished in.

All of my classes are 80 minutes (twice as much as a typical class in New Jersey, which lasts about 40 minutes). So, according to my history teacher, it's twice as much in half the time.

My first semester classes:
History
Intro to chemistry / forensics and biogenetics (alternate every other day)
computer applications / health (alternate every other day)
english

research every other wednesday

Second semester classes have already been posted.

This semester I have:

Advanced French V
College Prep Chemistry I
Advanced American Literature
AP U.S. History
Advanced Algebra II/Trigonometry

I like them all. I have nice enough teachers. I personally love LaJoie (Chem) and Chambo (History). They're my favorites.

I have 2 projects due tomorrow. One in History and drafts due in Lit. I haven't even started my drafts for Lit and they have to be 5+ pages long...but I really don't want to do them. So I'll do them later while I watch Idol.

And I have Algebra and Chemistry homework on top of that. And a French assignment. I'm going to be up until midnight....ugh.

I'm homeschooled. And today I finished all of my work!!! I just need to wait for them to grade my accounting and then they'll send me my diploma and class ring. :

I'm so so so so happy. I'm about to be FREEEEEEEEEEE.

Wow. Do you know how freaking lucky you are? I'm homeschooled and nowhere, NOWHERE near graduating. I have no idea what level I'm on or anything. I suck at studying of any kind (except, possibly, music) and can't focus, can't learn anything, and get stuck on everything. I'd love to have the same kinds of classes you, or anybody else has. =(

I kinda like school. I found out today that I got 100% on my math quiz. I had an English test today and it was kinda hard. I hope I did okay.... Well, school is almost over( about 4 months). I think it ends around May 20 somehting. The finals are May 27-29. I hope I don't take any of them.This Friday we have an activity grades 7-12. It's called " Jump for the Heart" . I'm going to participate in endurance and in partneres( with my friend, Kiara). Everyday in second period we do nothing. I mean the teacher is supposed to give us Coping Skills but he doesn't so in that class we just do the homework we didn't do at home and he puts a movie on. He mostly put on Titanic but today we saw part of Apollo 13. We are going to finish it tomorrow.

In elementary we had something similar to that called "Jump rope for heart"
It was awesome and then when we got into older elementary we did "Hoops for heart"

and you went around everywhere trying to get donations and then spent a day of school playing (playing basketball or Jumping rope) for "Fit shape"

It went for heart disease and cancer!

I loved it, I wish we had fundraisers in school like that instead of my school being so greedy and having fundraisers for themselves

That's the school I do. My latest classes were Marketing, Accounting, World History and Office Procedures. I've had 4 Literature classes. And a Health, Biology and an American History.Oh and psychology. Some others I'm forgetting. Something like 20 classes altogether.

It took me about a year to finish it. I enrolled last March, when I got thoroughly fed up with high school. Since I enrolled mid year in 9th grade, I just did 9th through 12th.

My diploma is nationally accredited and accepted my almost all universities. They also send me a pretty class ring.

I basically didn't do any work this summer because I was volunteering a lot. Since November I've been doing school almost 24/7. My mom also helped me with Biology because I was really struggling with it.

well i just got back from "energy night" at my school over the last like 2 months my whole grade has been working on a project to educate our community about global warming and stuff so tonight we presented all out projects to parents and other people who wanted to see them

i posted pics in the show ur face thread

it was so much fun i gave like 6 speeches it was pretty sweet!

and i have geometry homework that i didn't do oops...

OMGSH! today at gym this boy was in our running line and I was running back and my bud said WHAT!? and ask her what happen and she said that the boy said he was a belly dancer undercovered. we laugh and then he told us somthing and he look like he was having a seesher. it's was really creepy

School was okay today. It is kinda hard cause I still don't really know people from not being there the first semester, but I am making some new friends.

But other then that, English was awesome today.

I feel terrible.

Today for an organization I was suppose to go with everyone to visit my penpal.
They called us out but I thought they were going to the hospital and didn't go.
I completely forgot we were suppose to go visit them until 30 minutes before school was out.
I was almost crying during last class and felt horrible.

Other than that it was pretty good.
Algebra homework for tomorrow since I'm going to be gone for an organization.
It's confusing me and I can't figure it out.
