I loved elementary school, didn't like 1st grade, but just because I went from half-day in kindergarten to full day. I liked 6th grade too. It was really laid back. And I guess 5th grade was alright. The 5th grade is in the
middle school in our town, not elementary (the school's too small), so the entire year was more of a tutorial into jr. high school than really much of a tough school year.
I hated 7th and 8th grade. I'm smart, but I have trouble studying and stuff. I also had OCD and junk around then (I don't really have it now, so don't worry!), which made life all that much harder. And the drama was ridiculous. I heard that it went away in high school, but for our grade (who I've been with since kindergarten), it's only gotten worse. But as for me, now, as a freshman, I'm not enjoying myself as much as I'd like. My grades aren't...the best, and my friends have totally become jerks. What I'm trying to say is that I'm just not having the best time.
What grade do I miss? I don't really know! I guess the easier years, and the times where when you got upset and cried in school, it wasn't a bad or stupid looking thing. I'm not saying I cry in school, but I just miss that all around comfort.
