School Uniforms?

My school doesn't have uniforms. I think half the kids in my school would revolt if they tried to give them to us. They did rewrite our dress code last year, and it's a lot stricter now, but no where near as strict as some.

I don't think I'd mind a uniform that much, but not in school colors (Maroon and Gold). I dress pretty conservativly anyway, except with my shorts, that's really the only school dress code rule I don't obey, but if anyone ever nags me about it I can just say, "Oh nice, you're making fun of my freakisly long legs that clothing companys do not make shorts to fit while that kid over there is wearing the shortest micro mini on the blanet" My skirts are always with the dress code though.

Maroon and gold sounds a lot more tasteful then my school's colors, blue and orange

I'm glad we don't have them for one reason right now though.
Our school colors are dark green and an ugly burgundy.
