School Presentations.

I remember a thread about this a long time ago..and I can't find it now. So, I'm sorry for the repeat question.

I am applying for Spring 2010..I know applications come out in August but my school presentation is in April. I've seen a few people talk about handing in applications at the presentation. How do you do that if the applications don't come out until later? Or is it something else that you hand in at the school presentation?

You have to hand it in for the presentation designated for that program. The April program is for Fall 2009. They will have recruiters back in the fall to take Spring 2010 applications. I went to the presentation last semester just to get an idea of what is expected so now I know when I go back next week to try to get hired for Fall 2009 that they really are jobserving and picking roles they think would be good for you from the moment you walk in the door since that is what the recruiter told us at the end. Now when I go I will be dressed more professionally and a more active participant in the presentation. Before I didn't realize that the recruiter has a lot to do with what role you get and you will interview with them, at least in my schools case.

Like the PP said, the presentation in April is for the Fall 2009 presentation. The Spring 2010 presentations won't start til Sept.
