Scheduling site visit before 16 month mark

Has anyone been able to schedule a site visit before the 16 month mark? My fiancé and I want to plan a trip to Disney World in August to check out venues for a December 2017 wedding. We want to start booking our trip, but we don't want to book anything without scheduling the site visit first! Will Disney let us book our site visit now? The actual site visit itself will be within the 16 month window, but the initial call won't be. I've heard of Disney being pretty strict about not contacting you if your wedding is not in that 16 month window.

SInce your visit will be within the window, I don't think you'll have a problem.

We didn't have an issue even though our date is not set yet! They were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I tried not too long ago... She wouldn't let me. She said it can only be scheduled once I hit that 16th month mark even know the time I was trying to schedule was in that time frame. I might call again and see if someone else says something different.

You can always fib about what date you plan to get married ;-)

FYI I just tried calling to schedule a site visit for late August and got totally shot down. They won't schedule anything until the 16 month mark because you can't have a site visit until you have a consultant assigned, which you won't get till the 16 month mark Super bummed!
