Scheduleing ME...the latest you can do it?

How far in advance do I need to schedule ME? I have ME scheduled for arrival, but we're doing a split stay and renting DVC for the 2nd half, so haven't yet been able to ask the renter to schedule ME for departure. Or is that something I can do myself?

You can actually do it when you checkin at your departure resort. The only time I wouldn't recommend doing this is if you were staying for just one or two nights. If that were the case, I would give my departure details to DME upon checkin at the airport. Yes, that means you have to get into the line, vs just skipping ahead to the bus lines.

Thanks goofy4tink! I thought it all had to be done before the trip, like the dining plan.
