Check your scene points. Pretty sure the bonus 1000 points have been posted. The points do not appear anywhere in my transaction history (i.e., nothing says "Basket offer bonus). The balance is just 1000 points more.

Edit to add: I lied LOL If you check your balance on the Scene app, there is a line item that just just that "3x basket bonus 1000 pts" Mine appears in my June 22 list of transactions.

Thanks ilovetotravel. I know the points weren't there the first time I went online, but now on my June 21st shop where I earned the 3rd 1000 points, is a new line for another 1000 labelled as:
"3X Basket Bonus

Scene+ card | Bonus earn"

So they appear to backdate the bonus points, posting later, but "dating" them earlier.

***Also our NS Sobeys flyer has another "Spend $125, earn 1000 points" offer. I have a fe things which are getting low and I usually wait for one of these offers to get them (to be fair, it's not exactly hard to get to $125 with grocery prices... it's just we usually do many small shops, not 1 big one)
