I think in the 90s there was something in a theater in Russia, but it was like a siege and they were keeping hostages for several days. Had to do with Russia attacking Chechnya.

OMG, yes. Yet another horrific and tragic event that left so many families heartbroken and torn apart.

Yes the attacks on Paris happened much more recently. I’m fatigued keeping up with the horrors this world can generate.

ISIS has claimed responsibility, but Ukraine intelligence says,
"Moscow shooting a ‘deliberate provocation by Putin’s special services...’ "
US told embassy employees & others weeks ago to avoid concerts
and large gatherings.
I find it hard to believe that 3 men, dressed in camo, could walk in and
just start shooting up the venue.
In the US, yes, but not in Russia - I don't know what to think.
