Oh, and then there was this one kid who picked up a desk and swung it at this other kid. No one was hurt, fortunately.

And then there was this other kid who mooned some girls who were walking outside and the teacher walked into the class room and caught him.

And there was the kid who got expelled for doing drugs.

And in the seventh grade all of the Mexicans walked out of school. I don't remember the exact reasoning, but I do recall it being something about illegal immigrants.

I totally forgot about Dianna Bobo. She was a high school teacher from the town over, and it was found out that she was having sex around 5-6 guys in her classes. Dirty emails and crap were found in her computer, and all the guys admitted to sleeping with her. I'm pretty sure she's in jail now, needless to say she's not a teacher anymore.

That scandal rocked all our towns for months and months. It was all over the news.

Oh boy. My schools in the middle of a huge, press covered scandal right now involving porn. The story is even AP (Associated Press) and has been covered in multiple states.

Well, my current school has only been around for 3 years and nothing's happened yet, but there is a teacher that does stare a bit. He's harmless, but it can be awkward.

Um, my 6th grade english teacher cursed at us and even flipped us the bird during class, as well as adjusting grades, but she's still working for the system.


Oh yeah, there was a small scandal at my school last year. One of the 8th grade science teachers got caught smoking pot with her daughter. It wasn't made into a big deal or anything.


And at the school I went to for 6th grade there were bomb threats all the time. Like every month at the same time. So we'd lose an hour a day at least once a month.

And there were guns at the high school last semester, I believe. Nothing happened, a couple kids just had guns with them.

Only thing I can remember right now is that one of the teachers that used to work here left his wife for this other teacher. My school is over 105 years old and about 50 years ago this little girl sneaked into the school during the weekend and went into the school's pool and she drowned and died.

Only one thing really big happened:
This kid made a homemade bomb (it was really small though) and set it off. No one got hurt it just dented the floor. If u look really hard u can still see it. But I had to have it pointed out to me. Anyway.... the whole school was evacuated and everyone went home cause there was a note that threatened another bigger bomb. But there wasn't another.

at my town's high school this guy tried to like bomb the school or something, I dont' remember the story.
and last year some criminal tried to get into our school to hide from the police.
and then this year some guy stole a car and left it at some parking lot and hid in the woods behind school so we had to go into lockdown.

Something like that happened at my school.

Just remembered another one.

When I was in the fourth or fifth grade one kid brought a gun to school. It wasn't loaded or anything, but the teachers found out and it was taken away from him and he as put in ISS (in school suspension).

And another one.
In the third grade there was a white powder substance found in one of the library books. It turned out to be completely harmless, but it had all the parents and teachers worried.

A 1st grader went into one of our elementary schools with a gun the other day. I can't remember if it was loaded or not but he was expelled from the whole county of public schools. So I think he's being homeschooled now.

Another couple I just remembered...

Before I went to the junior high (I think I was in 6th grade) it was leaked that their was a bomb in one of the lockers. Well the school and elementary school next to it was evacuated. When the opened the locked it was just an alarm clock with some wires sticking out of it. A fake bomb.

In 9th grade we had a lockdown because some dude who was running from the police (for beating up his wife and scratching her up with a knife) supposedly was hiding in the building next to our school. It turned out not to be true, but hey, we lost a whole 1/2 day from that lockdown!

a few months ago the other high school in our town had a bomb threat. the school was evacuated and the students went to the church across the street. turns out that there was a home-made bomb in an empty locker that was set to go off in like 2 hours, right before the school day would have ended. so our school was searched and checked and everything too so we had like the bomb squad and drug dogs coming in and out of our classes for about a week.

i also remember in 5th grade this girl in my class brought a pocket knife into school and threated to cut a kid with it. than one time, the teacher stepped out of the room to talk to another student and the girl just randomly flipped over a desk and started cursing and whatever.
i just realized my town is really messed up.
