We are heading down the WDW today. Anyone know of any plans to SB+ Soarin' or any other ride?

This will be my 4th long trip in 5 months. Everytime I go they change the rules without any notice. They have a website and app. How about they use this technology to put notices up?! We're expected to plan 180 or 60 days in advance, then they make changes without or with very little notice.

No news yet. These SB+ tests are kept under lid until the last minute.

Great. Now everymorning I'm going to have to get up and check the disboard for news.

This is a job, not a vacation.

Yes, wouldn't want guests to be able to plan their day or anything.

Ain't that the truth!

What is SB+? Thanks!

Disney has been testing a new approach to standby line management. Last week it was the Anna/Elsa meet and greet. This week it was Soarin'. Once the line hits 30 minutes (about a nanosecond for those 2) they close it and start issuing return card, giving you a time to come back. Once all the slots are gone, you are out of luck. You cannot enter the line.

Word is that during the test they have been opening the standby line back up again later at night (7 or 8 PM) but they don't actually tell people it will reopen.

4th long trip in 5 months? How long? Just curious. I was worried 9 nights was going to be too long and we haven't been in years.:rotfl:
