You've probably all seen this and done this but it was a first for me:
I saw in a magazine that if you have a blurry or dark picture you can use a vellum overlay to draw attention to what you really want the viewer to see. My pictures from Fantasmic were dark and there were heads at the bottom of all the pictures. So I put a piece of white vellum completely over the page and cut rectangles out of it with my coluzzle so that it would just have parts of each picture peeking out. It really made them look better and brighter!
I hope this makes sense because I don't have any way to post them!
