I hate that I don't have relations with my husband as often as I would like.

I hate when people twist words around: "you think you are right, therefore you MUST think I am wrong." It's not always black and white!

I hate when people comment about when and where I wear my flip flops.

I hate when people say "life's too short to worry about _____". Don't worry about what I'm worrying about.

I hate the standard six week maternity leave. My baby is six weeks now and I could not imagine having to leave him to go back to work at this point.

I hate that offensive, tasteless jokes (i.e that are not malicious but instead are funny) are now looked upon as being among the worst things one can say. They're bloody JOKES.

I think that reading about other's prejudices is insightful, informative and sometimes just a little bit scary.

I hate that my kids' sports teams don't keep score. "It's about having fun and learning the game, not competition." Bull! Life is about competition, and I get so sick of the mindset that every child is a winner. Not true.

I hate that the very parents who support not keeping score because it scars the kids emotionally are the very parents that keep score.

I believe in God, and I attend church on a regular basis. However, I completely agree with the DISer who stated that some of the biggest sinners sit in the front pew every Sunday.

It irritates me that I must pay private school tuition for my DD because our public school system is so bad. It doubly irritates that I'm not allowed to allocate my school property taxes to the school of my choice.

Homeschooling parents who believe their kids receive as much socialization/kid time as public/private school kids do are out of their minds. I feel sorry for these kids!

I voted for GWB twice and would happily do so again...especially when the alternative is considered.

I hate that Indians get a free ride because of what happened generations upon generations ago. Get over it already and start contributing to this country!

I completely agree with the DISer who stated that margartias are a gift from God.

I hate the fact that that man spit on him when he had his uniform on.

I hate that he has unresolved issues over the things he has seen and the things he had to do.

I hate that he has nightmares that I can't soothe.

I hate that he has to leave again in Jan for Afgahn this time.

I hate that my girls don't understand why he has to go and have problems because of it.

I hate that my family doesn't understand that the military can short you pay and you don't get it back for 7months.

I hate when people tell me I have a cooshy life and the govt takes care of me for my DH doing very little and I shouldn't complain since my DH knew what he was getting into when he signed up and it isn't like we need a military and BLAH BLAH BLAH!

I think the TSA are a bunch of morons.
I hate that police officers are looked down on by many people, and I hate hearing my DH telling me stories of people cursing and saying mean things to him
I worry about the direction this country is headed. I don't think extremists on either side should be ruling the roost.
I hate that DH wants an H3 even though he agreed I could get a hybrid if he got the H3.
I think everyone should have to fire a gun so they can find out they aren't scary.
I can't wait for football season to start. Other sports are just sooo boring.
I can't stand Bud Selig. I think he has been the one of the worst thing for Baseball.
Steroid use only slightly beats Bud Selig in Baseball's downfall, but then all sports deal with this issue, some just don't wait so long (SELIG).
Speaking of steroids, I think baseball players are still learning to beat the system. Football players have it down pat.
I know illegal Mexican immigrants who work harder than home-grown Americans.

ITA, military life is not "cushy" I am so sorry your DH has to leave again.

Bilingual doesn't mean you speak Spanish, it means you are fluent in another language. If you want Spanish/English say that. I get rather sick of being told I am not bilingual because I am not fluent in Spanish. I am fluent in German and French and close to it in ASL.

If I may add to the military gripes...

I hate to call as soon as the appointment line open for my child with 102 fever and an obvious problem only to be told that there are no openings that day. There are multiple doctors and it is 8 a.m. why aren't there any openings?

I hate that my dh leaves for work at 5 a.m 6 days a week and I normally don't see him until 7 or 8 at night. I really hate it when his BC tells hime to make sure his troops get family time, but nobody makes sure my dh gets it.

I hate it when people think officers' wives have some pampered existence only involving charity work and coffees.

I hate that as soon as you say my husband is in the army people assume you are some sort of trash....
