I hate the fact that I feel the educational system is completely out of control... That there is WAY to much expected from kids these days That nearly every single person that I have personally had to deal with in the last few years, from my DS's preschool til now, are self-righteous teacher-gods (huge God complexes) and administrators who cannot see my DS's (and the other kids) reality because they are too busy spouting what I call educational psychobabble. And, it seems that noboby is really there lookiing after the best interests of the kids.

I hate that when I say that I am pro-choice people automatically label me as pro-abortion. I am pro-choice, but anti-abortion in all instances where it is used as birth control, but accept it in cases of rape, incest and severe medical reasons. I don't think that I have the right to tell someone else what to do with their body and the choices they make will live with them.

I don't like when people say "I don't like liberals" or "I don't like conservatives", especially when they use the word HATE. Don't you mean you don't like liberal or conservative ideas or ideals ? I guess I just don't like blanket statements and stereotypes.

I hate the fact that my daughter's (4 of them ) will at one time in their life have their hearts broken or worse have a boyfriend that will abuse them.

I am still reading but thought I would like to hop in myself... Some of these remarks are really great and I am smiling to myself as I read them..

I live in MA and cannot stand Kerry or Kennedy.

I want to see the war in Iraq end and our troops home, but do not want to back out and leave the job undone.

I would like to see an income tax fair to all, everyone paying their share.

I would like to find the button I use to wear that says "stupid people shouldn't breathe."

I am concerned about the borders and feel that we should be monitoring closer.

I hate calling for customer service, wait I hate there is no customer service, but when I do, I want to understand the person I get to talk to..

I hate going through 5,000 options to get to talk to a real person when I have a question concerning medical issues...etc

I hate insurance.....hate dealing with medical insurance companies.

I do not understand why you have to walk through all the smokers when you come out of the parking garage at the hospital to get to your doctor appointment, I think that the hospital area should be a smoke free zone...and yes I smoked for years and gave it up, I just hate having to take my husband who is battling an illness through that smoke.

I am pro choice and will fight for that right..

I am for gay marriage, why shouldn't they be allowed to get married..

I dont understand why some people insist on taking their kids to Pleasure Island just because its Disney. They wouldnt take their kids to a night club at home.

I breastfed my son until he was 4 months old - but I think its weird when kids that can walk are still breastfeeding.

I feel incredibly guilty that when my son was tiny and having trouble with colic that I wrote on another message board that I regretted having him. I love him so very much and couldnt imagine life without out. I will regret thinking that/writing that for the rest of my life.

I dont understand why so many people take their kids (especially babies) to Vegas. Its sin city. There is smoking everywhere. There are people handing out advertisements for strippers and prostitutes on the street in broad daylight. And someone always has to be with the child. Where is the fun - for the parents OR the kids? I just got back and I was amazed by the people strolling thru the casino with their small babies in strollers. Or out in the 100+ degree heat with their small kids. I really wish the lady with 3 small kids - no one with her to help - had not chosen to go to Vegas or to scream at them in response to their screaming the entire time on our 4 1/2 hour flight home. Perhaps the 2 liter of Coca Cola she gave them was not the best idea.

I dislike that people can't take a step back and see both sides of the issue. There is grey in EVERY ISSUE.
I dislike that I am labeled as a conservative/liberal depending on the issues I am talking with you about. Same goes for christian/not.
I dislike people that vote party lines only even if they don't agree with their party at that time - get informed and make a choice.
I dislike that every election has become the lesser of two evils.
I dislike that working moms and SAHM both think they are the better person. Each made a choice that was right for them. ( I work with two little girls by the way)
I dislike that people think ADHD is a made up disease. I guess because it wasn't diagnosied a hundred years ago it is made up. AIDS anyone.
I dislike that people think kids are overweight due to too much tv - it is too little activity.
I dislike that my neighbors think I am wierd because I don't want my kids playing outside alone.
I dislike that the media has caused me to feel the above statement even though statistics prove it is no better or worse than 20 years ago.

I dislike that there truly is no objective source of news.

I totally agree with this and all your other statements! I have to share: I was at a formal luncheon for my sorority. A woman (a higher-up in the sorority) was there with her daughter (about 3 y.o. ) The daughter sat in her little dress, ate her hamburger and then the woman proceede to whip out her breast and feed her 3 y.o. daughter!!!!!! At the table!) I almost fainted! I am very pro breast feeding and I plan to do it when I have children, but not at a table at a fancy luncheon and certainly not after my child has teeth sharp enough to tear through a hamburger!
