Is there any truth to the rumor that I heard that they are taking the filet off the menu at Le Cellier (and other resteraunts). We made ADRs there for October and I have been dreaming of my dinner since the day I made my reservations!

I hope it isn't true. I usually order the mushroom filet. I've looked at the current menu on allears and I am not crazy about the choices. If the filet is taken off the menu I will most likely cancel our ADR.

I will be canceling my reservation if the filet is taken off the menu. Certainly they wouldn't remove the filet from a "steak house", I hope.

I think the Maple Filet is gone already.

We had lunch there last week. The mushroom filet is on the lunch menu, the maple filet is gone. There was also a NY Strip on the lunch menu. As usual, the filet was excellent. No restrictions on ordering. They did have a box at the top of the menu, and if you stayed within that box you got an appetizer, entree and dessert on the DDP. No, the filet was not in the box.
