Kept waiting for JetBlue's December fares to come out and they just did and from Boston it shows $600 pp rt!!! I don't think so!!!

I can't believe they would even start out with this fare. So disappointed.

assuming it's not holiday flights, prices are likely to drop dramatically within the next couple of days once they enter their 'special' rates in. i wouldn't sweat it.

there are still MCO -> JFK flights in a week that are $89

I am not able to find any flights on JetBlue website or Kayak for Nov. yet.
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not seeing any Nov/Dec fares either and I've been checking kayak and JB several times a day for the last couple of weeks for BOS-FLL. On JB you can plug in the dates but when the fares come up they're still showing 10/31.

I just checked both Kayak & Jetblue. Nov is showing up on both but the price is crazy. For White Plains to Orlando it is $299 one way on 11/1. On 10/31 is is only $99. It looks like all the fares are $299 in Nov. which I think is their max for a one way to Orlando from White Plains. I guess I'll keep waiting until the price comes down.

It looks like all of JetBlue's flights for Nov and Dec are set at the max ($299 for one-way no stop, $349 for one-way 1 stop)

I feel bad for anyone who pays that much while they are up right now :( DH is going to call and let them know/ask if that's supposed to be like that.

If it is, looks like we'll be driving out to a farther airport and taking southwest!

linzbear, the funny thing is when I just called 1-800-JETBLUE the recording said they are booking flights until 10/31. I wonder if there is a glitch with their website?

I remember this happening last year when we booked our late dec flights. the first day or so the flights were becoming available they were ridiculous. I'm 'patiently' waiting for late dec again.

:coffee:

Im watching Jet Blue for our September trip. For the last few weeks it's been $149 from Bos to Mco and $179 from Mco to Bos. :sad2: :scared1:

Im REALLY hoping they come down soon after the spring travel season is over. pixiedust:

DH & I prefer Jet Blue to any other airline so we're just going to hold out hope that the prices drop. :scared:

Ok, I'm confused!! I cleared cookies, still only getting airfare from BOS through 10/31, I don't understand how others are getting fares to come up past 10/31.:confused3

Nevermind, just found them after taking a closer look at kayak, yup $600 plus. I'm sure we'll see these fares come down because these aren't even close to being realistic.

If I had to make an educated guess from working in a tech field where we have to constantly make updates to live things and not let people see them ahead of time, I'd guess that they were starting to import the new fares for Dec but 1 of the steps was done out of order. Namely - the one that lets the end user (us!) to input a date after Oct 31.

Lets see if they're up with the correct fares tomorrow! DH checked and it looks like we booked our Dec 06 flights on May 16 06. Looks promising to me :D

Thanks linzbear. Someone in another thread was just on the phone with JetBlue and told the rep the fares are out and the rep told her that's impossible, because they've been told they are only booking to 10/31!!!

Crazy!!!

I'm still waiting for my fares in August to drop!! I was really hoping I would have a credit for my Dec flight. Hopefully more realistic fares will come along shortly.

If the airfare from Newark is over $300 which seems will be the case since we are travelling at holiday season, I will be waiting for Southwest to go from Philly. Otherwise, I guess we will be driving.......

When I checked at 4:30pm , I was only seeing nov flights, now I am able to book my dec dates but at 299$ each way! I have credit with jet blue that I have to use up. Continental has the flights I want at 79$ each way. Since I have the credit guess I have to wait and hope they offer lower flights soon.

Where are you looking? I have been checking Kayak, Sidestep and JB site, and I don't see Nov. anywhere.

:coffee:

I got $309, each way, for early Dec on Kayak.com
No way will those fares hold up. Delta is getting $109 each way, non-stop, at 7:35 am the day I want to travel. JB is sure to come down...question is..when.

I've been looking for EWR to MCO Nov 2 - Nov 13. At 7:15pm it far was $299 each way. Checked again at 7:45pm and fares dropped. Finally booked our flights.

I keep checking and I can't get anything after October. I hope it comes up soon for me.
