Say A Prayer For Carlie Brucia

Unfortunately, the Sarasota police have found the body of Carlie Brucia. She was discovered dead behind a church. Details are still coming in. A very sad case and prayers are offered for her family, too. I also just heard that she is originally from Long Island, NY and that's also where her father still lives. (FYI -- this is the 11 year-old that was abducted this weekend. Video of her abduction was shown on television and the man in the video is in police custody but insists he doesn't know anything.)

How tragic! You just knew when the guy wasn't talking that it was not going to be good! I have watched that video so many times, and you can see him take something out of his pocket and show it to her just before he grabs her hand and starts leading her off. When he turns around, he puts whatever it is back in his pocket. I am sure this was a threatened situation. I feel so sorry for what might have happened to her and what her family is now going through!
