Saw VMK Babs today

I was in VMK Babs' room for a while. She had some good information.

Edit---I forgot to add the best part. She said that we should be able to delete rooms soon.

Someone asked her about animals and she said she doubted they would have them since the real MK does not.

She said that the pirate room was in testing right now and will be released but it would not be cheap just like the magic carpet. I think she siad it as they would be for purchase but expensive.

There will be another event soon but she would now say when.

She said she did not know how someone became a tester.

If you submitted your CL questions and have not heard anything it could be because they are testing right now.

The are working to improve events. She thinks that there should be a cap on how many people can wait to get into a room.

Her favorite ride is Space Mountain and her all time favorite is Electric Light parade.

She does not get to meet stars like Raven (this had to have come from a tween)

I asked her why they are still selling hats and exploresr suit and her answer was "so people can buy them." sigh I knew THAT!

People were asking about inferno and she said that only way to get it is to win it.

She was really nice and answered all questions. She disappeared and then I got a message that the room was being cleared and to cme back when the host was there. I thought that was awesome and would keep people from waitin to get in and find that she was not there.

I feel like a roving reporter or at least a stalker with all of these host chat posts!

I'm really not too sure. I asked a fellow VMKer if they had an annual pass seeing as almost every pin she was wearing was a Teleportation pin. I guess because I was asking them...it implied that I was asking them if they lived near the parks and could visit often. If you visit often it would imply you lived in Anaheim or Orlando. So in around-about way I was prying into her personal life.

It's strange because many people all over the country had have APs because they make more than one trip to a Disney park a year. At least Babs didn't ban me for it!

Honestly, it's like asking if you like the DLR or WDW better. Usually people like the park they visited first and/or the one they visit most often. Therefore asking someone which they liked best can reveal what side of the country they're from.

Strange reasoning from the VMK, eh?

What does having an AP have to do with who you are? I mean all that says is you go to disney a lot. In no way does it say where in the country you live. I have one and I am in NC. Big deal.

They really need to lighten up a little. Come on.
