Savi's and Droid Reservations

My 60 day window for dining reservations open tomorrow. We are also planning on hopefully obtaining reservations for Savi's and Droid. Do those reservations open up at the 60 day mark for the first day of your trip or exactly at the 60 day mark on the exact day you plan on attending? I am usually good at figuring out and knowing these things, but for some reason, I cannot grasp it today--my guess is that I am anxious about tomorrow.

If Disney adds park hours before your trip they also open up more Savi’s also. I read somewhere that they have less builders in each session so they can distance, so the spots fill up fast.

Good luck. I am sure you will find a spot just fine. I didn’t even start looking for one until two days after the window opened because we decided all of a sudden we wanted to build one, and I looked everyday after for the fun of it and it didn’t completely book for my chosen date for like 5 days after I booked.

Just to make sure I am understanding this correctly.... Our 60 day period is tomorrow... But our HS day is going to be 64 days out tomorrow.... Can I still book build your own light saber tomorrow for our HS day? Is it best to do it by calling, the ap or by computer?

Actually I was able to book both reservations at midnight at the 60 day mark of my trip last night. Made the dining reservations a tad easier this morning that I did not have to worry about that; however, we did not everything we wanted.

So you were able to get Savi's and droid at midnight but not dining reservations? Our 60 day mark is next week and I have been freaking out at the lack of availability for everything. If I can at least try and get Savi's the night before that will help.

Yes, I was able to get the special reservations at midnight but were only able to secure some of the dining reservations at 6:00 a.m. with two people trying. However, we are a party of 12 so that does make it harder. We kept at it for a few hours and were able to get everything except dining for our 1st night and another reservation for Olga's (we did get one but our adult children wanted two). We also still have work to do getting two sets of our reservations closer in time together.

My advise is definitely secure Savi's at midnight, then start at 6:00 a.m. going after the hardest reservations first. You should be fine as our group is 12 so it was harder and took more time to secure the reservations.

Where do you book the Savi reservation? I have made dining reservations before, but not this. My son asked to go to Disney to build one instead of a graduation party, so this is stressful thinking about it (my window opens 4/28). Thanks for any help.

Just like you would for dining basically. Just type in Savi's on the website or app.

As long as you're logged in. I went through MDE and used add more plans. It let me book later in my window, which was technically like 65 days out. I also got on right at midnight (eastern time). I made Savi's first and still did not have my pick of times and the earlier days in our window were already booked solid. But I got a slot on our last day, so it's all good.

Definitely be ready exactly when your window opens and hit Savi's first then. I had my pick of times for Droid Depot. Oga's was another tough one, too. My entire week there were only two time slots when my window opened.
