I don't belong to AAA, but I do have a LF card. Not a FL resident or an APH. Are there codes floating around out there that we can use to get room discounts like their used to be??

If so..............would anyone like to share one or at least let me know where I can get one? We will be there for only 2 days/1 night Dec 20-21.

I see on the forums all the time where people get mailers or e-mails with discount codes, but I have never received on I have been a LF card member for several years, and have been visiting US/IOA for several years and I receive e-mail updates but no codes for discounts.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I haven't seen any codes in a long time. I do occasionally get postcards with codes on them, but they are usually the same codes you can find on the LoewsFirst site.

The best deals are usually AAA or APH. It might be worth getting a general membership to AAA. We never had it before, but finally took the plunge. Our $50.00 has paid itself back many times since then. We have AP's but never use the APH rate as we want to keep our Platinum status.

Or you can keep checking the Super Saver rates. Many times they lower them weeks before a planned vacation, especially if the hotel isn't full.

Could someone possibly point me in the direction of the AAA discounts for the Universal resorts? I am a member of AAA and have scoured the AAA site but don't see any of the UniversalOrlando resorts offered. I looked for the Hard Rock, Portofino Bay and Royal Pacific and struck out.

I'm wondering if the discounts are only available to residents of certain parts of the country (I am in New England) or if I am having a severe case of blondeness?

you may have to call the hotel and ask if the rate is available. but you can also access the AAA rate from AAA.com

And the winner is..... BLONDE!! Silly me, I was looking for Portofino Bay and Hard Rock when AAA lists them as Universal's Portofino Bay etc.
