Last night I made my own vanilla syrup instead of buying a bottle of Torani. It was very easy and tasted just as good if not better! Plus I know what's going into it - no artificial colorings, flavorings etc. I did some further research and came up with a few other flavors:

Vanilla Syrup and Cinnamon Syrup: http://www.slashfood.com/2007/02/07/make-your-own-coffee-syrup/

Peppermint Syrup (great in hot chocolate): http://thinkinsidetheicebox.com/2008/12/02/peppermint-syrup-for-warm-winter-drinks/

Pumpkin Spice Syrup: http://thinkinsidetheicebox.com/2008/10/04/pumpkin-spice-latte/

Gingerbread Syrup: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/billys-favorite-gingerbread-spiced-coffee-syrup/detail.aspx

Hope this helps someone!

Thanks so much. I clicked on pumpkin spice. By the time I stopped clicking links, an hour had gone by and I'm starving...

Checking it out now! Although I did buy a large bottle of sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup from Starbucks just the other day--it was $6.95. I didn't think that was too bad. Plus, I have a Starbucks Gold card so I got 20% off.
