I have left messages for them to call me back & they don't.
I'm upset w/ the most recent Fandango $12 for 2 tix. It expired on the 12th...which I knew. Partly my fault for not reading all the way thru, but when the voucher came, it said to save this code until you are ready to use it. Well on the 11th I was ready to use it. Read further for it to tell me that I have to enter code thru another site & the code will be emailed. OK...did that. Get a message that the fandango code will be MAILED in 5-10 business days. There goes that! As I said, left several messages & no response.
I ordered the Subway gift card on 11/4 & redeemed it on 11/30...had hoped to get it for DH's stocking. Still hasn't come.
I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. (I've had good experiences w/ them in the past. Did the CVS card & got that with no problem. Of course, it was emailed...It took a while, but I did get that collapsible water bottle, too.)
