Savemore and BN gift card.

I ordered a Barnes and Noble gift card thru Savemore on Dec 3. Still hasn't come.

I'm through ordering with them.

Did anyone else receive their card?

I ordered one, but you had to then go to save more around 12/12 to have it then shipped to you. DId you do that? I did around the 19th, and am still waiting for it. :confused3
 
Yes, I did ask for shipment on the 23rd.

I tried calling them, but got a message to leave a message, LOL.

I did get ONE of my B&N GC - it took 3.5 weeks from the time I put in the request I ordered on - but I ordered TWO (under different accounts with different names) :upsidedow . However; with no notice from them as I was reviewing my CC statement found that there was also a $15 refund from Savemore on the same day as I got the GC. :confused: So check your cc statement you may have been refunded the money.

I also ordered a necklace in September using one of their offers - no cash out of pocket on my part for that and it came last week ! :sad2: It was supposed to be a christmas present for my aunt but has now turned into a gift for the departing den leader in our cub scout pack.

ETA - after I placed the request for the GC I did get an e-mail from them stating that it could take 8 - 12 weeks for the GC to arrive.

I have contacted my cc to dispute the charge. Seems from what I have read (unfortunately after I ordered :headache:), this is pretty common for Savemore -- they either never send the gift card or it arrives with a $0 balance. Grrr.
 
I will wait a another couple weeks I guess.

Then I contact discover card.

FWIW, mine worked just fine.
 
I ordered from them and so did DH 4 months ago and nothing. I filed a complaint with my CC, they are a scam in my opinion.
 
And you went back in to actually order the card after purchasing?

I purchased but didn't realize I had to go back and actually order.

I'm upset w/ the most recent Fandango $12 for 2 tix. It expired on the 12th...which I knew. Partly my fault for not reading all the way thru, but when the voucher came, it said to save this code until you are ready to use it. Well on the 11th I was ready to use it. Read further for it to tell me that I have to enter code thru another site & the code will be emailed. OK...did that. Get a message that the fandango code will be MAILED in 5-10 business days. There goes that! As I said, left several messages & no response.

I ordered the Subway gift card on 11/4 & redeemed it on 11/30...had hoped to get it for DH's stocking. Still hasn't come.

I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. (I've had good experiences w/ them in the past. Did the CVS card & got that with no problem. Of course, it was emailed...It took a while, but I did get that collapsible water bottle, too.)
 
I ordered the B&N giftcard too and also have not received it....I have called SEVERAL times and left messages with nothing..I'm going to file a complaint with my cc company too.
 
if you check savemore facebook page it's filled with stories like this...do NOT buy savemore!!!! I got suckered for $5......
 
I purchased the Fandango deal (3 times) for a total of 6 tickets/vouchers for $36. They sent the codes late and my son went to the movies w/ his friends w/out the vouchers. Vouchers finally came and a couple of weeks ago I was going to the movies and tried to redeem them and ALL of them did not work. I tried calling but could get no one and had to leave for my movie. I emailed and asked for a refund and they said I could get one. A week went by and no confirmation of the refund so I emailed them again and they said it was still being processed. It isn't sounding so good is it.

I am also still waiting on the Subway gc. I did "live chat" yest and she said that they would resend it. If I don't get it in the next couple of wks, I am going to contant my cc. I will also NOT be buying from them anymore.
