Since this is a gift certificate, can this be combined with the TiW card?

The terms on the certificates I have printed state they cannot be used with any other discounts so I don't think so, but I don't know for sure how TiW works so I can't say for 100% sure. I would guess it would be up to the restaurants themselves.

I don't really consider restaurant.com as having gift certificates, I consider them coupons. That's how they work, more like coupons then gift certificates.
