On Saturday, I walked 3 miles in 50 minutes during my daughter's swim meet warm ups, then did 45 minutes of water aerobics. When we got home, I found out that my DH had a load of gravel delivered to the house, so we shoveled and raked the gravel for almost 2 hours. I guess that is a disadvantage to losing so much weight, before I was fit, I never did any of the outside chores, like mow the lawn or shovel the snow or rake the gravel (a small price to pay!)
