Satu'li Canteen or Yak and Yeti Table Service?

Couldn't you do one for lunch and one for dinner?
As much as I think I'm a pig, we really can go all day with eating only 1 ts and a snack or quick service. If we eat a table service breakfast, we usually aren't hungry until 5 pm or so.
We have ADRs for Y&Y at 3:50. The only way we can pull it off is if we did satuli around 10 but there will be only breakfast foods served at that time. Plus we get wrapped up in the rides that we won't want to stop.

In part, I have no-love for Yak & Yeti because I know too much about authentic Chinese food and have, therefore, found myself disappointed at Yak & Yeti. But it is better than most of the Asian-cuisine that can be found outside but a few select cities in the U.S. Thematically, one of the best restaurants at Disney.

We have yet to visit Pandora, but a Cheeseburger Pod is Disney's description of a steamed-bread filled with 'cheeseburger'; pod is a synonym for 'bao'. This is a variation on a very common product at Chinese dim sum parlors (that make a fabulous snack/breakfast with hot tea). I'll let experts give you a better idea:

I agree on the quality of Y and Y..... it's kind of like eating at PF Changs...and I come from an area with GREAT asian food choices so I'm looking forward to trying the canteen next trip.... it sounds like some of it is similiar to the korean bowls I get near my place..... I'm gonna guess maybe not 100% authentic, but it sounds good.

This might help make my decision. We have pf chengs near us. So maybe will drop that and go to satuli instead.
