Help! I have picky eaters in the family. For those that have dined here, do any of the bases contain no onions? Also, is the slaw mayo based?

Unfortunately, no - all of the bases have onion (as well as most of the sauces - except possibly the creamy herb). That said - the onions are finely chopped, not excessive and, at least personally, I’ve never really been able to taste them (and I usually have sensitivity to onion in food). Of course, I know that for many people “no onion” is nonnegotiable no matter what - so that might be a dealbreaker for your family if the other options (like the pods or hot dog) aren’t a sell either.

I believe the slaw is vinegar-based - I’ve never noticed mayo (and I don’t like mayo at all - so either it’s not there or used so lightly that I couldn’t even tell).

Definitely agree about the slaw - if it was mayo-based I would have made them re-make my bowl without it. As it was, I didn't even really realize it was slaw - just seemed like some extra veggies on the bowl.

And yeah...I didn't notice the onion in either the rice or the quinoa base, so it's not obvious at all. If it's an ALLERGY then you can speak with someone to see if they have a plain rice base or something.

When I went in August, they did have a plain uncle Ben's allergy friendly rice that you can get as a base. That was the only non-onion option, and you do have to ask at the register for it (no pre-ordering/mobile).
