Sat/Sun VS. Weekday??

We will be in Orlando April 28-May 9, most of those days are reserved for Disney and the first few days we are at the Nick Hotel to enjoy the pools. Anyway, right now, I have Seaworld down for Sat. May 2nd. I could possibly switch to Sun. May 3rd or Thurs. May 7th. Is there going to be a big difference between the weekend days and a weekday as far as crowds? Our kids are young and we won't be doing the coasters. Just would like to catch a few shows and see the sights. Haven't been to Seaworld in about 6 years, so don't really know....
