I didn't have to have the lower one so I don't know how that works. I had to turn the key so many times a day. It wasn't bad the first couple of days then it was very very sore. Then for a little while it caused a big gap in my front teeth........it will all be worth it in the end though.

Good news for me today. Mark's car was fixed yesterday so I'm not stranded today. Nope, no cleaning of the hall closet today because I'm outta here.

Bonnie two in braces! Kelsie and Kendall overlapped a little but Kelsie was totally paid off before I started with Kendall. They ain't cheep I tell ya.

So what's happening on this lovely Thursday?

Colin was up before me this morning playing Webkinz on the computer. I had to wait my turn and take a number.

Yeah, Justin! BamBam had his first meet ever three weeks ago. It was so cute! We had about 10 people along the sides and end of the pool shouting "don't turn over, don't turn over!" when he was backstroking. I live in fear that I will have to disqualify my own child when I am officiating. Ouch! Your hair color sounds frightening, Becca. Mental image of Carrie and the pigs blood running around my head now, thanks!

I have decided that the solution to my early morning driving issue is to teach Atlas how to drive. He's a smart pup, I am sure he'll catch on! Julie, have him report each afternoon at 3 for driving school.

No can do, Tricia. Once, in college, a roommate of mine and I did an allnighter chocolate-covered espresso beans and shots of ouzo challenge. I have no idea why. Worst hangover in the history of the western world. To this day, I cannot do coffee. Diet coke it is! Maybe I should switch to Red Bull for these early morning practices the night after late meets. I shall become Red Bull Wilma!

It's going great this week. I had a bad two weeks but kicked my butt in gear and got back on program this week. I think I'm down about 1 1/2 pounds this week. Tomorrow is my new weigh in day so we'll see.

Joey's actual appointment to see the doctor is at 3:30, but I have to go in an hour earlier than that so the phlebotomist can apply the numbing cream to his arm or where ever they decide to stick him. While we are in the hospital they tried to draw blood from hi ankle because one arm had the IV and they couldn't get blood from the other side. It was a nightmare. I will be so glad when this is over. This waiting is horrible.

It was the ouzo, nutcase. Sloe gin does the same thing. It is brighter on its return though.

I am no longer soda free. I have to have caffiene to keep up with the kids during the summer and Dr Pepper is my favorite way to get it Maybe I will try again when school starts.
